All this talk of chasing threads reminds me I need to replace a couple exhaust manifold studs when I go back to stock header.

That picture reminded me of my past real estate partner at times.

I recall this one situation where she got into it with another female agent on the other side of a transaction. We were in the office when they got into it. I tried to "settle them down", which was my first mistake -

However, I did convince them that we should take this situation to our managing broker (also a female). So, they fired up the "debate" again to the point where my partner was screaming and the other female agent was crying and yelling. The managing broker didn't seem to know what to do - so, I "stepped in".

That was my second mistake - They all three attacked ME! -

It was finally settled when the managing broker called in our company attorney and went with his call.

Like the lyrics from the Rodney Crowell song " you can't stop a woman when she's out of control".

All this talk of tapping reminds me... I forgot to take pics of my new quick-release rear diffuser setup. Mann Engineering bar has nice thick spacer blocks in aluminum, so I drilled/tapped holes to 1/4-20 for a Quik-latch on each side. Loads of fun since they are blind holes - needed a spiral flute bottoming tap, and got one that wasn't ideal for aluminum (price and availability issues) and it gave me a little trouble, but not too much. Only a reasonable job because some years ago I treated myself to a (rebuilt) Procunier tapping head. Amazing piece of machinery.

So many projects around the house to keep me occupied! Almost done with a custom sim-rig build. I might finish the built-in cabinets in the basement this year too, finally.
