Rays Center Cap Adjustments?
Hello,
Recently bought a set of used rays 57DR. It came with rays center caps but for whatever reason, they're extremely loose. I can pluck them out one by one without any tools. Guy who sold it to me said he didnt notice and had tracked a few times and it never fell off. Just wondering if anyone has experience with rays 57 gramlight series centre caps and how do I adjust it to make them tighter?? Thank you

I have 57CRs (5 spoke) with those exact style center caps. Mine are super tight even without the rubber o-ring so I left them out. I aligned the rays logo with the wheel and they definitely aren't loose as they have never become misaligned through several winter wheel swaps.
Not sure why you are experiencing them being loose but maybe try a thicker o-ring? |

Pull the clip out of the center, give it a little bit of stretch, reinstall. Not permanent fix but should snug it up.
