You will need to contact the OFT guys directly as ZA1JK00G is not in the standard tune pack.


its old ecu logic but as car has updated dash and security you need a ZA1JKxxx rom, if you flash older roms the car will not start


the OFT guys will need to make up a tune for you.


If all else fails I could make up one for you but its a bit of work

I distribute OFTs in Europe (Spain) and Shiv is currently making the K00G maps for me. I should have them by the end of this week, let me know if you want them

Driving with catless header on stock tune wont hurt anthring, you will likely throw a cel licgh P0420 code and cruise control will stop working while code is active but otherwise ok

Yes the CEL light is already on. I still use the car daily and I know that it probably won't do any damage but I still don't wanna push the car too much like on track days and etc. And the fact that I can't make real use of the parts I payed for is just disappointing. But I know Shiv is a busy man so I'll just keep bothering him regularly and wait till he responds

Edit: So Shiv has responded and sent me the tune files for K00G roms. I will upload them to the tablet and try to flash the car tonight. If someone wants the files, pm me.

It is not just to make a map. Does the logging functionality work in these ROMs? OFT is supposed to offer also logging functionality. I have a European '15 ROM and the logging didn't work (e.g. IAM was zero).

Correct loging on new unkown roms wont work either till oft guys update oft and template file as logging ram address are different for every calid.

Is logging working on your 2015 if not their are ways to get it working

You will need igniiton retard at low load \off throttle and overun fueling.

Just the igniton retard is fairly safe but adding the extra fuel may cause problems

To get any chance of flames you need to be almost straight piped or at least no cats and a canister style muffler

What kind of problems would you say is probably run in to?

I’m pretty much straight piped Tomei UEL/OP, Berk FP, Invidia N1.

Can the OFT work as a purely general OBDii vehicle scanner outside of the maps loaded onto it?

I bought mine used without manuals so I am not sure if it was mentioned there.

Its possible that the feul burning in exhaust could damage cats or muffler packing due heat or the pressure spikes as the fuel burns. It posdible it could lead to premature gasket failures. Im jyst being cautious here, i dont hear a lot of problems and people been doing it fir couple of years now
