Noob - lowering and wheel setups

Hi all,

I recently got hold of my 2015 GT86 and I want to make some changes to her.

In this case, lowering and some 18"/19", staggered setup preferable.

I also want to maintain the Toyota warranty so could anyone please advise me as to what aftermarket stuff is best to go with? TRD lowering springs?

Will non-TRD wheels void my warranty?

Help appreciated.

Thx

Springs/Wheels will not void warranty unless those items affect the component in question.

For example, if you start having axle issues like some have had, they may deny warranty on that part if you are lowered.
However, if you have an engine issue, wheels/springs will not void the warranty.

At least this is how it is in the US.

TRD parts work well and do not void warranty.

If installed by the dealer. Not that springs would void any warranty, but dealers will always look to an excuse to void warranty work and having something installed outside of the dealer gives them great ammo.
