Could use a Honda K-series OEM. It's the same part. STI's use a different piece all together.

Do I assume that the tune will be all off if I replace my stock map sensor with an omni 4 bar or k series sensor?

Yep, if you change your map for one that can read more pressure, you need the tune that goes with it

There are several manifold pressure based fueling / load compensation tables in the rom. If you change the sensor without re scaling the sensor in the rom, the reading will be all off which will give a false input for the comp tables which will throw off the fueling and the load reference the ecu uses

At a minimum, you need a rom with correct sensor scaling for the sensor you will use.
