I did my alignment last night after installing the MCS.

This gen seems to have more rear camber then the 1st gen.

Ha ha.
Primacies do have their uses. I like to break loose now and then but they are bad for every other use case.

What did you do to your 2nd gen BRZ today?

That makes sense, explains why it has more lateral grip in the rear.

I am lowered on MCS coil-overs. It is 2.4/2.8 rear camber. Font camber I can get -5.1 with the camber plates.

Sounds about the same as 1st gen at your height. Lca is the same as 1st gen so camber gain under compression should not vary at all between both generation.

Not 100% sure just yet, since actually I won't have my BRZ for another 4 or 5 months, so I've been trying to look at interior pictures/videos to see if I can get some idea but nothing I'm fully satisfied with... The best I can come up with at the moment would be this pocket with velcro that I found on amazon, which I could secure to in the footwell area, about knee height. From pics it looks like it's carpeted so it should work. Do you have the limited or premium, maybe you can confirm for me real quick?

Aside from that, the next best thing would be a gooseneck arm phone mount and put it on the dashboard so it hangs to the left of the built-in display, kind of behind the windshield wiper wand/switch, out of the way a little but close enough to grab without stretching out toward the glove compartment.

Just crossed over 1600km, oil change tomorrow, then time to open it up a bit. Was nice to increase the beep from 4k to 7k.

It is plastic at knee-high. I was thinking about a phone holder that sticks to the windshield like this one.

I wonder if a replacement brake boot with a pocket and a flap/magnetic closure would be possible and not look too out of place.

Like in this area:

Ahh yeah, the carpeted area is lower but might be okay for me. As long as it holds well and is out of the way but easily reachable, I'll probably be fine. A window mount would be good too but I'm planning on having a dash cam so i don't want too much stuff on the windshield, you know?

@Sym the e-brake boot idea would be great, seems like there's enough space for at least a phone there.
