Bit of a preview on the wheel color, I decided to paint the barrels on my wheels first.

After installing some Whiteline sway bars and endlinks, a neat new clunking sound is coming from my suspension. It seems to be happening in the rear, mostly at low speeds on uneven pavement. I lifted it up and checked all the torques and bolts, made sure the sway bar wasn't contacting anything, greased up whatever I could, no luck. Comes and goes, most people just live with it I've read. Will have to check to see if the coilover is seated correctly. Sigh...

Disconnect end links and loosen swaybar bushings. Set the car on the ground, full weight. Then tighten everything. Clunk will be gone. Your swaybar is binding

haha thats good to know, idk i just feel sketched out plus i hate the gap, i found this writeup (https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95624) it seems fairly easy and buying the releases on its own is cheaper than the move over racing ones by a huge margin so if i get bored enough i might just pick it up for the time being ill probably leave it alone or try and secure it to the splitter (which i might also remove to be honest)

Ordered gorilla 45128bc forged steel lugs.

Edit: did some calculations, also ordered APR extended studs and 10mm spacer.

Washed it. My water softener setup works great. It takes my hard well water from 285 ppm to 2 ppm.

I'd really like to get a softener setup like that. I have a filter on the garden hose, that's about it. It helped a little, but still have crazy water spots anywhere that I don't get dry within 2 seconds of washing.

Starting to think I'd be better off going to Crew Car Wash or something. :/

---

As for what I did to my FR-S today, it's not quite finished, but I'm installing my OEM fog light kit...only been sitting in the box in the garage for a year and a half or so.

Normally, I don't like the rear lip on these cars, I think it usually looks like someone nailed on something as an afterthought.

However, yours looks like it belongs there.

Thanks! Lip is for kouki bumper, so it fits kouki bumper better

But I think, it still looks good even on zenki bumper.

Finished up painting my wheels, they turned out great. Unfortunately I have to touch up/redo the farthest wheel as two of my beard hairs fell onto the wheel 😂
