How is this possible if these cars were release in 2012? Seems like you are off by a year, unless I'm missing something.

That being said,I've had my 2013 since 2015.I've put on 50k+ miles over that time, while daily driving through Chicago winters, and I've yet to have a single significant issue. Other than the taillight condensation, this car has been rock solid for me.

Well, that is "going on 10 years" isn't it?

I've had mine for 8 yrs 9 months, @180,000 trouble free miles. As far as I know there are only a handful of people (mostly on here) that had the potential to have had theirs longer.

Jeebus! That's a shitload of miles! I know you track your car,but that's still a lot. I only use mine as a daily, had it for just under 6 years and put 50k on mine.I'll probably average over 8500 mile per year.If I maintain that pace,it'll take me another 13 years to get to your mileage!

This car has been the most reliable car that I've ever owned(only had used cars),and if I can get another 13+/- years out of it,that would be fantastic.

I do almost exactly 40 miles each way on weekdays (80 miles round trip). Some days it's up to 120 miles depending on whether I drive to the airport where I keep my plane.

I do take the occasional 200 to 400 mile trip on weekends as well, but don't always take the FRS. All told, between the FRS and my Suburban (weekend warrior) I drive between 30K and 40K a year on average.

I would purchase a Subaru any day over any one of the Chrysler Fiat conglomerate companies.

This car is so fast that you are relatively a few years in the future when you've driven for some time. Relativity and all that.

The Miata works if you aren’t very tall. And good luck finding a well cared for S2000 at a decent price. Not to argue that those aren’t equivalent cars, but the twins have some big advantages over those two cars.

Exactly. I love the S2000 an extreme amount, but you are going to pay a lot for a good one. It’s worth the price no doubt, but it won’t be a brand new, or nearly new car. And I don’t think they make good daily driver cars. The ultimate weekend car though.
