Motegi MR131 wheels fit over brembos?
Thinking it may just be because these are a little older but not finding anyone running these with factory brembos and not seeing any of the guides saying one way or the other if they'll work.
Anyone happen to know if the 17x7 +45 Motgei MR131Tracklites will fit? Full part number is MR13177051745 |

Well maybe you should call/email Motegi and ask…

Worst case scenario, ARP 2.5" wheel studs and a slip on spacer will solve fitment issues.

True but that's adding cost and weakness to a car I use mainly for track duty. Prefer not to have to deal with adding spacers and am in the process of adding stock length ARP studs to replace the stock ones

Per Motegi, it's a no:
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here at Motegi Racing. I regret to inform you that unfortunately, the 17x7 +45ET TrakLite will not clear the factory Brembo brakes on your 2017 Subaru BRZ. I do show that the 18x8 +45ET TrakLite (available in 3 colors) will indeed clear those brakes. I understand that this is not likely to be the answer you were looking for, but I do hope that it was at least informative. Please note you are able to respond directly to this email with any further questions, comments, or concerns. Once again, we appreciate you getting in touch. |

It's unlikely that anyone else with this question in the future will even find this thread, but just in case would you be willing to ask if they would clear with a spacer, and how big of one, and post it here?
