How far can I drive on e85 before tuning?

I know to wait for the LTFT to change, but assuming I fill up on e85 for the first time roughly when my low fuel light comes on, how far could I travel before needing to tune, and how bad is it to continue driving after the LTFT has changed and e85 is in the lines. Is it quick for the LTFT to change or does that only happen when the normal petrol is completely used up

(can the car still drive on e85 without the tune for a short period of time?)

Reason I ask is because I live about 10 minutes (about 5-6miles) away from my nearest e85 station give or take traffic- but I also have a new car battery that I wanted to put in. So I wanted to fill up on e85, drive home, change my battery and then tune the car so that i'm not resetting the ecu after its just started learning the e85 tune.

Any potential risks in that? I could replace the battery now but wasn't sure if that'd mess anything up as i've been running stage 2+ for a few months and didn't want to reset it, have the car relearn for a day only to now have e85 in the system and then change the tune again

You're good, change the battery. There are unlimited resets available.
