I love the pattern / geometric layout of the Spyder tails, but man are they ugly as shit. The light tube is hideous in daylight, not bright enough, and just sort of fades out towards the ends. I don't really like the "individual LED" look of the brake light / turn signal strips either.

If they had something with a proper, sharp, not-white looking running light strip and indicators that had more LEDs spaced closer together in an overall red housing I'd jump on it.

As it is, I think the Tom's are the cleanest looking, but they're not so great that I'd shell out a grand for them. v0v

Someone call Audi and have them make a proper version of the Spyders :3

I've Pre ordered crystal tail lights (few weeks ago) and still haven't got them

Why aren't more people professionally painting their lights red? Seems to be a better option price-wise. Some of these options look GREAT, especially the TOMS.

I just can't get over the price tag, personally. Maybe I'm cheep, but $1000+ for non-OEM lights is crazy!! I've seen the first two sets on eBay and they were around $1400

I'd rather throw that into/toward performance mods.

Great thread OP! Some of the lights look pretty sick!

It's nice to see the options out there.
