The JZA80 Supra used +50mm offset, the IS F rear wheels are +55mm offset. As for low/negative offset, again it depends on the car. Old Supras used +8mm offset from the factory, and most older RWD cars are typically in the -10 to +10mm offset range, often 0mm is common as well, but it's going to depend so much on how wide the wheels are and where the hub sits in relation to the wheel well.
