So far, I think I've only put a weight reduction on the R34 road car, and didn't really bother with testing the differences in driving dynamics. lol.

GT has been doing Easter eggs for quite a while now. Quite entertaining to see them all (only watched videos, never actually went and looked for them).

It appears to be a tribute to it.

Wonder if they'll ever have iconic F1 cars as DLC. Senna's, Lauda, Hunt, Schumi, Fangio...

Unhappy

I really screwed the pooch yesterday afternoon. Was doing the Le Mans grind to earn some money. And for a refreshing change it didn't rain! I was up around 20 seconds near the end of the 30 minutes and...I crossed the finish line forgetting I had to do that one extra 7th lap. Problem was I had zoned out for a sec and only had 0.1 laps left on my fuel tank.

Game over, lol. The game wouldn't let me drive back and enter the pits (as it really shouldn't hahaha). So that was it. I just quit and exited.

If you were grinding for the credit, I would of just wobble my way to the goal. It should still get you some credit

Can your car still move when out of fuel? If so, I'd imagine it taking longer than 30 minutes to do one lap at LM. Haha.

Yes, it goes about 55mph.

Yeah, I didn't have the patience for that.

On a brighter note I got the Super License. And golded all the tests....except for the final one, Spa. At least not yet. So nice of PD to make a damp Spa track the final test with a 70s racecar lacking downforce. Thanks so much.........

Ah, because of the fuel missions, I assumed the car just crawls to a stop, or crawls at like 1 or 2 mph.

Anyone have advice for the classic car human comedy race at Alsace? And I'm not looking to use a cheaty car (i.e. mega-detuned race car).

4th place is the best I've done, was last night with the 308 GTB. Able to lap consistent 2:30 lap times but had to pit twice for fuel at that pace. I've tried the same car with a leaner fuel trim (to pit just once) but it was too slow to even place in top 10.

I've tried with the '69 240Z (too twitchy) and Camaro Z28 (too thirsty). Though possibly the Camaro could do better if I tweak it a bit. Anyone have a go to suggestion that isn't super expensive and super cheaty?

I ended up using the old Alpine race car to finish that mission. Tried it with the Hako and the 2000GT and didn't think the pace was fast enough to finish, so gave up on them. LOL

I've heard the old Alfa race car is a sure thing for this event. But that's an expensive ass car. Though I have loved it dearly in every version of GT it's been featured in.

I think the Alpine one was on the less expensive side, which is why I just bought it. Realized afterwards that I could use it for that mission. LOL
