How did you get rid of the sticky handprint on the hood?

That’s the great thing about my kid. She brings so much joy to my life that I don’t sweat small things like handprints on the hood.

I did some minor polishing, and then I finished with opti-seal.

Got it tucked into the garage and applied the second coat of opti-seal to ensure it was coated evenly.

She's all protected for a while
Asphalt is da bomb! Metallic flakes just pop out with Opti-Seal is great. Is your car ceramic coated with Opti-Coat?

Just came back from my little buddies second BD, most people thought she would not see one. Have you selected the bat you are going to carry when her first date shows up? And it looks like she's already decided that that's her car.

Don’t blink. It goes quick. And take lots of video. You’ll miss that age. I’ll do my best to teach her how to make good decisions. I’ve been letting her operate the shifter when I pull the car in and out of the garage.

I have the front clip covered in 3m PPF. I considered opti-coat but the weather is still cold here in Ottawa for self application. I may do it my self this summer as a fun detail project.

I ordered the parts to do @Ultramaroon's slave mod. Now I just need to take a couple days off for a road trip North to surprise him.

Wrapped new end plates for my Rocket Bunny V1 wing in Hexis light green gloss with a vinyl graphic over that. My first attempt at laying vinyl. Hardest part was lining up the graphic with the plate and there are a couple places that you can see a sliver of green. Hoping a sharpie will work acceptably to patch it. The graphic should have been more oversized to allow trimming. The green seems to have some lines in it from uneven removal from the backing paper. I think these will relax out with time though. All in all, not too bad a deal. Next up: wrap the rest of the car

if the wrinkles are just minor, use a hair dryer, not a heat gun as that will get too hot if you're not careful, take a credit card and smooth it out keeping a 45 degree angle between wrinkle and card, start at one end of the wrinkle and slowly make your way till its all smooth

They aren't wrinkles perse. More like a barely perceivable"blemish" in the vinyl. They feel perfectly smooth. I'm certain they originated from where the vinyl met the backing paper when I readjusted my group and started pulling as that edge would undergo greater tension to break the adhesive loose, thereby stretching that location slightly more than the rest. I expect a touch of heat will fix them. I bought a vinyl application kit with the squeegees and all
