Help with Car Battery
In my 94 Dodge Ram I've been having some issues with keeping the battery charged lately. So I bought a new alternator and that didn't solve anything. Then I just got the battery tested and the results came back interesting.
The CCA is rated at 840 but it came back 1008 after they charged my battery. The test says good battery too. Is it possible to have a too high CCA and it's actually bad? My next step was going to test both of my alternators that I now have with the voltmeter I own. I'm going to be really pissed if the battery is good, and both alternators are good. Because then it would likely be wiring related which is super annoying.
