Any records were lost, and I was told "the only guy that was here from day 1 and knew where stuff is" died a couple years ago.

When I was putting in new irrigation valves, I had to shut my main off. No one could tell me where it was.
Bust out the dowsing rods. I am sure @humfrz has some he could dust off.

Of course. You don't NEED a peach twig, a metal coat hanger can do.

Why does it matter? Isn't it awful enough that someone was murdered in the street and the perpetrator would be walking free today if it weren't for protestors? Is it suddenly ok if you're not racist to choke a human being to death?

My wife ran over some fence wire and a giant rock when she mowed the lawn the first time in the new house. Blade is now warped and it seems to be burning oil. I bought that mower last year.

We had a renter who didn't pay rent for a long time. Once we finally got them out the yard was a mess. They threw big rocks out in the yard. After hitting a couple we ended up having to go through and use the weedeater on the whole thing to get it down, and then rake out all the big rocks. Cause you know, it's our fault they didn't pay rent for 5 months and we had to evict them.

Go to home depot and get a blade and a couple quarts of oil.

I'd have to fight the masses to just get in lol. I've just been refilling it with oil and just mowing a bit slower. The blade still works, just less effectively now that it is twisted and gouged.

Swapped the ECU back into the sleeper wagon... and finally figured out where the nest was. At least they gave up on building on my house.

I also installed the controls for the DCCD but I haven't wired them in yet.

ABS and defroster are still on the todo list lol
