That S2k has some understeer.

If it's ABP and not LBP (hard to tell with the light metering), then its got some REALLY bad understeer.

The whole situation was not ideal, obviously those ppl in the truck were vendors and demanding spots that we were using. I think this all could have been avoided if they would have asked us cordially instead of trying to run me over

I had to google to understand that; how does the color change the understeer amount?

I *think* he's alluding to the fact he is familiar with and maybe has driven the car in question...

Apex Blue Pearl was only available on the s2000 CR. I'm guessing it is because the CR's had stiffer sway bars and a tighter steering rack compared to a stock s2000.

Because the two different colors have different steering racks.

And if it's the ABP I'm thinking of, then I know the two previous owners of the car.

Honda decreased the amount oversteer in the standard AP2 (LBP is AP2 only) by changing the suspension geo and and different sway bars because too many early AP1 owners put them in ditches.

The AP2 CR has sway bars and faster steering closer to the AP1.

NorCal's fastest street tire + aero clad S2k's recently dipped under 2:00 on the bypass @ T'hll.

You underestimate how much horsepower S2ks make...

The FRS is "overrated" from the factory on CA91. AP2s are underrated.

These are NA s2ks. They do have bolt-ons and hondata tunes for extra hp ... mostly mid range hp.

My s2k is bone stock motor and tune and I'm closing in on 2:00 as well. Gonna take another run at it on 12/1 if the weather cooperates.

Hey, you're missing half a lap somewhere near the end of the second video
