Thanks! A lot of the storage in the garage is actually vertical. You can see one of the bikes hanging upside down in the picture below. There was just enough space above the open garage door to hang a couple of suitcase racks. There are a couple of larger tools hanging on the walls. I keep my main floor jack in front of the GTI and a tool cabinet in front of the FR-S. Other than that, the cubby in the wall is pretty deep and holds extra tires, jackstands, ramps and spare car parts. It's not a huge garage but I basically just stuff things wherever there's space.

BTW I had to read your post to my wife because she thinks my tools/parts are all over the place. (Admittedly I have a lot of stuff but there's a rhyme/reason to it ) TY for that!

If your wife saw my garage ....... she would change her tune about your garage ......

Back-when-I-was-younger ....... I didn't keep anything that I hadn't used in the past year or planned to use the next year. I had my whole life ahead of me, that I may have a use for that stuff.

Now, that I'm older, I don't throw anything away ...... thinking I may have a use for it someday.......ya .......right!

Go figure that ......

Ok so I completed a few things I've been wanting to get to...

I had a previous issue of coolant seeping at the lower radiator hose on the radiator side... I thought I had handled it before but turns out that I didn't... so yesterday I tried repositioning the clamp and re-torqueing it... drove it to verify but it was still seeping... So I decided to add a second clamp because the clamping force of the original clamp (at specified torque) was causing the end of the hose to flare out.

The second clamp seems to have fixed the issue... Perhaps the new clamp by itself would also have fixed the issue but since it is working as is... I'm leaving it alone.

I also fixed an issue with my reverse camera's image being reversed... all I had to do was snip a wire. Good to go.

I had taken the occupant weight sensor out during the week... I will have to come up with a way to give the Bride cushion's velcro something to hook to. As of right now, the sensor blocks off the loop so the cusions are not secure. I have an idea on how to fix this small issue.

Here is a shot of my passenger side seat rail... I finally opened up the box.

I changed my oil as well... I had ordered the right oil filters for my 86 but received the incorrect ones... so while that is being taken care of, I went to the Toyota dealership and purchased a Toyota filter. Up until today I had only used the Subaru filter.

And finally... I washed and waxed my 86...I still need to clean my wheels, wells, undercarriage, and, engine... mainly just wiping off dust... lol

Not quite sure what you mean, and if the photos match up with what you are saying, but the "15208AA130" filter is the correct filter to use.

I'm planning on changing trans/diff fluids soon. How does it feel?

Did you apply grease? Mine didn't come with any but I saw an install video of a similar product and it shipped with some type of grease.

I like them so far. Fitment is perfect on these cars (no hub ring or spacer needed) and the quality seems about as good as my other wheels which were more expensive. My shop said there were no problems balancing the wheels. The only thing I don't like is the dual bolt pattern, but from what I understand the newest version comes single-drilled in 5x100 so no longer an issue.

Get them during the GB if you can (cheaper and lots of new color options). I would have gotten anthracite instead of race silver if it had been available.

I'd say shifts are barely smoother, but this is also my second fluid change with Motul 300 so that could be why. I've done about 1000 track miles + 6000 street miles since the last change. The magnets on the drain plugs had a little sludge on them, but nothing too bad.

If this is your first change to Motul, I'd say you might notice a small difference.

15208AA130 is what I have always used... however I received 15208AA12A... Those are the small blue ones... I think they may work but either way that is not what I ordered nor do I want to use them. So instead of waiting on the right Subaru filter to arrive I just purchased the Toyota version so I could complete my oil change. I'll go back to the 15208AA130 Subaru filter next oil change.

The shifter still had so much grease on it that I didn't bother.
