Scraping Noise?

I recently did a TOB replacement, and when I put everything back it was smooth. Clutch felt better, and car ran smoother but now I encountered a new issue. I keep hearing this sound almost like a metal to metal scraping sound. Sounds like it’s by the passenger middle, by the firewall. It’s only when I’m on the highway going about 65-70mph, after I get off the highway it stops. When it’s happening I tried to downshift, and even put it in neutral but it’s still happening. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Kind of new to this also, sorry if I’m not very descriptive. I do have a video of the sound just don’t know how to post it on the thread

UPDATE: FIXED, loose clips on the heat shield loose causing it to rub

Upload the video to imgur/Instagram/YouTube and link it to here.

I would check heat shields first

I used to get that on the highway and it turned out to be a broken under-bumper plastic cover. At highway speeds the wind would blow the broken flap downwards and had it scraping against the road. Also heard it during deceleration when the nose pitches. Probably not that, but just in case

This was on the freeway going about 62-65, and it just goes away. It doesn’t continue, but if I’m just riding on the streets it’s never heard.

I might raise the car and double check make sure everything is secured. It’s weird because the noise just goes away after a bit, and it’s only on the highway. I will keep you updated!

Check the plastic pieces the skid plate attaches to with plastic rivets by the lower control arms. I wonder if they are fluttering and hitting at certain speeds.

UPDATE: that was the issue, last night I raised the car and apparently I forgot to put the clips so they were loose. I jumped on the freeway to work hit 70 and it no longer made that noise.

I've done that one before, so when I read the post I had an idea
