Hmm, I have a track day that Saturday, might be up for an auto x on Sunday. Never actually done a "real" autox, just played around with the Fiesta ST at a Ford event.

got fired from pepboys for not remembering to ask people their names. despite the fact that i was a great salesman, and even had a customer go to the district manager and tell him that. eh, screw it. i liked the people i worked with, and the job, but management there? not so much.

Well, I've got an interview with gamestop tomorrow, and my old manager from Dominos is trying to get me to deliver for him. Big difference though, this will be a MUCH safer neighborhood. Ballentyne

Hey guys, thought I'd introduce myself...
I picked up my BRZ from Randy Marion at the beginning of June and have about 1200 miles on it so far. I come from Subaru's, I have a 03 WRX that I am going to turn into a auto-x/weekend car, and my wife drives a Forester XT.
The car is a blast so far, I'm (barely) resisting the mod bug to save up for the WRX build, but we'll see how long that lasts.

Swapped wheels around...

I'll throw in a quick intro too. I've loved the FRS/BRZ for a while and had a chance to take a few AutoX runs in a few (including jprice130's) last year. Then back in April I was at an Atlanta region event and instructed a guy in his new BRZ and got a chance to drive it and fell in love again. May rolled around, we were back in Atlanta for the Match Tour on May 16-18, and I spent all weekend in paddock staring at Christy Carlson/Chris Gervais' car. So... I get back home, find a used one on cars.com... go to the dealership... it's gone... look at a new one, and here I am

Since I wanted to stay in "street" class I wanted a car more apt to rotate, so I went with the FRS. Nearly 2 months into ownership, it has an axleback dump pipe, a Strano front bar, and the OE crash bolts... which is probably all that will be done to it until I can get a cheap set of Koni Yellows bolt-ons that I don't have to hack up OE struts for. I love the car so far... every bit as much fun as my Miata was, but so much more practical.

Sadly, the best photo of my car isn't with me in it... it's a friend co-driving my car at the last zMax AutoX

Hope to see you guys around. I'm over in Gaston County, near Stanley... but you'll pretty much find me at any AutoX in the Charlotte/Triad area I know I'm not alone over here... I see a black one about once a week in the morning, and another white one every so often in the afternoons.

I bought mine from Randy Marion too, super disappointed in their service, just FYI. Also, I need some RPF1's in my life.

Edit: Is this taken in Caldwell Station?
