Traction control not working properly/ malfunction

I have a 2014 FR-S Monogram Series 6MT. Three days ago the car stopped letting me turn the traction control off. When I hold down the track off button for more than 5 sec staying still or moving the only thing that comes on is the track off light but not the other light. This is the same with vsc sport mode. I noticed that last night I was able to activate it until the car was completely warmed up and then while I was driving it just turned itself off and wouldn't turn back on. I was just driving down the road at normal speeds. I tried the peddle dance and the same thing happened, just the track off light and not the other. Any idea guys?????

PS: I know "Traction" is misspelled in the thread title. I don't know how to change it.

Reset battery. May work.

Maybe fuses? Lose wiring?

I was thinking that except it will turn off when the engine isn't fully warmed up

just to be sure we're covering everything, normally the TRAC OFF thing comes back on after like 25-30mph, unless you're totally stopped and hold the button down.

I think you should do as others have instructed, maybe disconnect battery, make sure you do it when car is stopped and in neutral, etc.

I have used this quite a bit during autoX and other events. There is no doubt it is acting abnormal and that I know how to properly disengage the system. If I start the car, turn traction control off, and just let it sit there and wait, it will turn itself back on without me doing a thing. Also I have reset the computer (battery disconnect) to see if it would fix itself and it didn't.

Mine will disable above 40 MPH with a 3 second press of the TRAC button.

So if you just press the button on the left, then the the light TRAC OFF will come on in your car. It only comes on if you're below like 30mph and then will automatically turn back off if you accelerate faster than like 30mph.

If you press the button on the right (VSC Sport), then the car logo with the squiglies underneath comes on, and the VSC Sport lights comes on.

if you're stopped and HOLD the button on the left, then the TRAC OFF and logo withe squiglies will both come on and now that's all your traction control systems off

that is a terrible way to explain it, but pretty sure i'm accurate. (i don't have pics to help illustrate what's what)

I just did this an hour ago: @40 MPH - Hold the left button, three seconds, BOTH dash lights come on, and do not turn off until you push it again or turn off the car.

Have you "tested" to see if traction control is full off and may be a lighting issue?

If you turn off it should stay off unless you turn it on yourself pressing the button.
