Ah yes MAX. Think either counterspace or getnuts is working on a front kit as well. Do you have a diff yet? I'm concerned in swapping out without knowing the strength of these axles compared to a 240

Nope, neither are working on a knuckle kit for these cars. There's a lot that has to be done to get a lot of angle on these cars. You'll get too much binding if all you do is knuckles and tie rods

Love the build! Where'd you source the spoiler from though? Can't seem to find any info about it.

I am also interested in a 2 way LSD. Is it worth the $1,000 plus labor for a 2 way over the stock Torsen? I might have like $4k left for mods if I sell my ae86, and LSD is one thing I am considering.
Other things I am thinking is Pbm coils, wheels, oil cooler, Perrin cold air, and a good tune. Not sure I can do all that with just $4k but I think I can make a dent. Oh I also have a good idea for exhaust, using a qtp cutout So how about the info on the spoiler? I searched leg motor sports and came up bupkis. And post teaser pics of the new goodies! |

Haven't switched the diff. Still rocking the Torsen diff. It's okay but a legit 2 way would be awesome. I know @philstar installed a Tomei 2 Way on his and said it was a lot better. Maybe he can chime in for you guys. I plan on doing it next year. I just wanna get the DSS axles and the new final drive so I can swap everything at once. Yeah the dss axles look legit and would be good even for slammed cars without 600hp. Dan posted pic of the axle angle on mild drop and looks like premature wear/failure wouldn't take long. His rear drop knuckles and lca should fix most of it. Can't wait for that stuff to be available!
Not sure I would rock the subframe risers though. I think I will just do whiteline bushings. Thanks for spoiler link. At this point 5axis is my fave. |

^Word.
So, I was gonna wait for everything to show up but I only have two weekends left until I leave to go back home so time is running out. I decided to get started on some stuff today. Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of everything. Started off with a bucket seat, rails, and 4 point Takata harness. SO MUCH BETTER! It's been a few years since I had a good setup in a car of my own. Got done with it when it was dark out so I only have one crappy picture. Big thanks to the guys from @Touge Factory for hooking me up with some good stuff. I've been buying stuff and talking to people from there since around 2007 back when I had my old 240. Great guys and amazing customer service! Make sure to hit them up if you need any parts! Also installed some MTEC Industries shifter springs. The bolts are a bit of a bitch to get out but it's a night and day difference. Shifting between 2nd and 3rd is so much smoother now. One of the best bang for buck items for our car. Especially for people who drift and track their cars. Everything else comes down to when the wheels show up from the guys @CounterSpace Garage. They've been doing a great job keeping me updated with the order and they should hopefully be here next week! There is also some more things that will be getting done once I hit California next month. If all goes according to plan, everything on the front end, suspension wise, will be replaced/upgraded. Big thanks to everybody who's helped get the car to what it is in such a short period of time.
