Is this to much oil

Sorry for the second post but it is concerning me. Had a Subaru dealer change my oil and this is how high it is, no foam when taking it out but it is a about half an inch over top dot. Is this bad ?

I'd say that's fine. The true level is 1. at the side where it's lowest and 2. where the oil touches both edges of the stick.

So you see how in the second pic there's like a lick extending upwards but it's not on both edges of the blade? So in reality it's about 1 cm above the mark and that's normal

I thought we already discussed this in your other thread? -

That oil level is OK, I suggest you quit worrying about it -
