Whiteline Differential Mount KDT924
Any comments on NVH with these full replacement inserts. I tried the insert kit and still have too much low speed clutch slip induced bucking. I pulled the insert kit and put on a Cusco brace. Much better, but still have low speed clutch feathering bucking. First and reverse.
I don't want too much NVH as I've gone to N group on engine mounts after trying Torque Solutions being my car is a commuter. Struggling to find N group JDM rear diff mounts for subframe. I know they're out there, just can't find them on a quick look. JDM STI Engine mounts came from Fensport in UK. Expecting I'll want N group stuff or I'm going to have some 75 durometer bushing NVH again. Car has an HKS supercharger, the extra oomph and a 350 ftlb clutch really overdoes the stock rear bushings. I have the outrigger and subframe inserts in place, still getting the buck from the stock bushes that bolt to the back of the diff. |

You won't find much info on these. There is a member here who had them on his car, said the NVH was livable but the bushings failed after some track use. I followed up with Whiteline and showed them his pics. They said they've never seen that kind of failure before and supply these bushings to some 86 racing series in Australia. So I don't know, I think I still would like to try them

If you are running the Cusco brace, there is little reason to run the 924’s. The brace basically solid mounts the back of the diff to the subframe. You may get some up and down twist on the nose, but the bushings can’t help that.
