Dustin, did you happen to get the piece that bolts to the exhaust manifold?? If so,,, is the turn tight enough so it fits??

How are you planning to run duals around the differential???

[QUOTE=DustinS;3041626]Manifolds came in the mail and Chase Bays canceled my order for their radiator.

Are you going to reorder the radiator. Very interested. In doing a v mount that is ducted. It looked like your idea was inline with what I want to do based on your teaser pictures.

C6 Manifolds go to 2.5" flange vs the almost 6" on the LS7. The LS7 manifold is worth almost 20hp more over the c6 manifold on a stock/mild ls3. Don't know how much more it's worth on a 630hp 418 stroker, but I'll take everything I can get for the same price. The 20hp for the same money is worth the little extra work.

Because of the bolt location, the manifold doesn't sit flush on head. I will be cutting the flange off, and welding directly to the manifold exit. Should allow a better/smoother exit from the manifold and into the mid-pipes.

And just run 3" pipe around it. May modify the subframe if need be.

Although this is oval pipe. I may get some if I deem it necessary.

No plan to at this point. I bought it as it was heavily discounted because it was made too big for the 240sx. I didn't need to buy one, but at the price, I couldn't say no. To buy a new one would be over $600. It's not worth it to me. My Full Blown FRS radiator will work just as good for now. Just not as pleased with the radiator hose routing.

Little bit of work before I went over to help a friend get his engine out.

His engine is a little worst for wear:

The other rod in the picture is missing.

Twin Turbo 370z. He had the car 2 days, and never got on it. This happened in rush hour traffic at under 3000 rpm cruising.

Little update:

Muffler came in. Can't wait to see how it sounds

I also got started on the fuse box relocation. Getting the box apart is kind of a pain.

Bundle that needs extended

A few parts came in

Also got to work on the car a little bit after Valentines day plans got canceled.

Engine is almost out. I didn't have a place to put it, so I left it in place for now.

ABS Module doesn't fit in the cowl like I was hoping.

I thought about moving it to where the washer fluid reservoir goes, but @ILLSMOQ mentioned putting it where the battery goes next to the fuse box. Once the fuse box and stuff is in, I will look at that possibility. I really like that as it will be easier to make the lines.

Not sure where this oil came from. Rear Main Seal is dry and I can't find anything else that looks wrong.

Quite a bit was covered in this thin film of what I assume is metal

Weird Wear Stripes again:

Idea of where the fuse box is going.

I am looking at moving the harness that routes across the firewall into the trans tunnel. There is enough room and I can cover the wires to make sure they don't get too hot

Got a couple boxes of parts as well. I have another box full of bends as well

^^ where may I ask did you get bends. Still debating on going cast schedule or header pipe to make a turbo manifold. Cost wise the cast schedule is more over all.
