The car also runs much more smoothly now! It's actually a bit quieter and the entire RPM range is just very smooth.

Yup, this is my experience, too. Everything is smoother now running E85!

How does the handling feel? I'm always interested to hear / see if there's any difference once you break into 300+ HP.

So you are the one that tweaked the horsepower output of that Mustang dyno before Ian showed up.

lol nope there were a couple people before me including Nick. I noticed it ran a bit high when I saw Nick's numbers. He denied it though, lol

Handling to me has remained unchanged since having the turbo kit. I'm going to be completely honest and tell you that it doesn't feel 100+WHP faster even though it definitely is, and the graph doesn't lie. It's much more smooth and just faster. I think I just might be used to high HP now.

That's great to hear. Sometimes you hear stories of extra power ruining the feel of a car. Looks like the twins can take the heat!

She's beautiful! How does she handle heat though? Have you taken it around a track or through some canyons?

It has no problems with heat because the D3 turbo kit has the turbo kit mounted by the battery. I have stock radiator and fans and this thing runs COOL. The only concern there is regards the wiring harnesses. If you don't wrap them with high temp wrap or something then they melt because the main harness etc is near the turbo.

Been to plenty of mountain runs and a couple tracks, no issues except the brakes could use a solid upgrade because the speeds are a lot higher now.

Nice numbers especially on a mustang! My build is pretty similar so it's good to see those numbers. I've got a 10:1 motor, with a pte 5858, same flex fuel kit. Ran into a choke point with the FMIC that came with my kit so im stuck at 330whp on 93 until then lol. Have you upgraded the axles? What clutch are you running?

That's awesome! Heat disapation is one of the reasons I have yet to decide which way to go when it comes to FI... I'm glad it's a non issue for you!Keep us informed on the build!
