What's going on when you try to start it? Did the tune upload successfully?

Is your MAF sensor plugged in? Did you change the MAP sensor with your kit? Did you flash the ecu?

Everything is plugged in. I also changed the MAP sensor. And flash the file that john sent me before I tried to start the car.

Yes the flash was successful. The engine makes the noise like it should when I turned the key but that is it.

I skipped step 5 cutting the harness extension in the Vortech instruction since the cable was long enough.

So the starter is cranking but the engine won't run or is the starter not cranking at all? If it's not cranking, you might need to top off the battery with a jumper.

If it's cranking and the engine's not running, then perhaps you're not getting fuel or air through. All the hoses are connected to the right points, and the check valve is facing in the right direction? nothing's blocking the intake path and you reconnected any harnesses that you had to unplug? Did you install upgraded injectors/fuel pump or is this stage 1?

Because the kit came with the new MAF harness extension that's already wired up and plug-n-play, right?

Anyone has the dimensions for the Vortech Intercooler? Trying to gauge if the Koyo Rad will fit with AVO kit and it will depend how the Vortech IC dimensions compare to the AVO one.

@Dezoris

I never measured the Vortech IC. Sorry. I may have my bumper off again for about the 20th time so if thats the case I will measure.

If it is not starting it's probably related to the MAF either not being plugged in correctly or disconnected. Check the down pipe boost tube passenger side and make sure that MAF from your stock intake was moved to that tube properly and installed, also connected.

Also make sure you have zero air leaks after the MAF or you will stall.
I blew that tube off after my first installed because the tube was damaged and would not hold a good seal and the car stalled and would not restart.
