Exhaust suddenly became raspy

Hey all I am currently running Tomei UEL headers and MXP comp RS everything else is stock, with a pop tune.

It's been about 6-7 months driving and everything is great, I parked my car like usual in garage and all of a sudden the next day my car sounded as if I had a catless frontpipe which sounded so raspy and loud. I also noticed my cars exhaust was dripping so much water from the tips and backfiring much louder than normal.

After driving for maybe 20-30mins the sound became more normal to my standard sound.. however, it still had a tiny rasp.

My question is... could it be an exhaust leak? or do exhaust leaks sound different... it just confuses me how it goes back to normal once heated up

**It shouldn't sound like this**

Definitely an exhaust leak. It goes mostly away when everything heats up.

if you have a "pops and backfires" type tune, you are putting raw fuel in your exhaust and its burning there instead of in the engine. It can damage exhaust components, especially cats
