As good as the S2000 is out of the box, I always thought the FRZ (lack of camber adjustment aside) had decent suspension too. Once camber could be dialed in, I thought the FRZ were every bit as good except down on power to the S2k. I haven't ripped a FRZ hard around TMP but from Patrick Alex's showing (he's on OEM shocks and springs), there still seems to be time left in his run.

Whats the specs on the Teins?

Heading out tonight on stock dampers, TRD springs and bars, stock power, and new stock size RE-71Rs.

I like this trend of people staying stock.

Stay Frosty folks.

But I am jealous of everyone throwing on RE71Rs. I cannot afford to do that given how much track time I see

I'd like to get my hands on some Ts dampers. I think they'd pair well with the TRD springs. Current I find low speed damping is underdamped. High speed is great.

Lots of understeer and tire scrubbing up front from about the second lap on in each session.
Got the point by from a half dozen cars that should be a lot quicker, in the likes of Nissan GT-Rs, 996 911 GT-3s, BMW M2s, etc. so I’ll look at that as an absolute win.
Might have some video to post too if it turns out ok. I was having exposure issues and just wanted to drive instead of fucking with a GoPro.

Hmmmm, what are your alignment specs like? I pretty much only wore half the tire on my car. These tires need much more camber then you can get from the stock setup!

It's even worse if the car is lowered since the rear picks up a good amount of camber while the front will still be at ~0*.

Get the SPC bolts for the bottom holes and put the stock bottom bolts up top, you'll get a lot more camber and it's really easy to adjust on the alignment rack. With the bolts loose it'll go max negative, and can be easily dialed back a little bit if needed to even up the sides or get clearance between tire and spring seat.

With KW V3's (slotted upper holes) I could've had -3.8*, but dialed back a bit. Without the slotting I'd bet you'll still get at least -2.5*.
