AT Trans Shift Knob Replacement

Hey everyone, I want this:

http://ishiimotors.com/trd-shift-kno...automatic.html

BUT-- I'm not too sure how to take off the shift knob for an AT Trans.
Has anyone successfully done a swap, or has anyone brought it to attention and can point me in the right direction?

It would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
I tried sifting through google and the forums but I just can't find anything

Push the boot down off the knobs lip. Unscrew the knob. Screw on the new knob. Slip boot over knob lip. done.

Thanks! I bought it online, ebay I believe. It was actually a gift I gave my bf last year for his speed3, but he recently sold it. So its kind of like part of his car is now part of mine Until he gets another car or until I get my TRD shiftknob I will have his momo for now.

The threads on the MT knobs are different because of the reverse lockout.

I'm liking the Flossy knobs, but it's a little pricey for something that would be purely cosmetic in my AT car.
