$700 total to fly from Detroit. About $1,000,000 from Toronto and $7,000,000,000 from London.
Also the border at the bridge moves far faster than the one in the airport.
Worth the couple of hour drive.
I hope no. We need to leave a lot earlier.

Very smart. I never would have thunk.

Gotta love insurance companies.
Too bad they didn't cover what you had in the garage -

Probably true about Canada, but Sapphireho lives in California, where the houses rarely have basements.

Reminds me of the time when I was commissioned to foreclose on a property here in Washington. After I called the Sherriff to evict the two brothers (they didn't take "offer" and got all testy with me), I brought in a sub contractor to remediate the house and large barn (on 50 acres).

They had turned the house into a meth lab and the barn into a grow operation. When I went to have the power shut off to the property, the utility company ask me which of the 4 services I wanted shut off (1 to the house and 3 to the barn). They had 3 services running to the barn to power the grow lights.

The house was salvaged by gutting it but no way they could remediate the barn - so, after some attempts, we decided to have it burnt to the ground.

THE END

10/10 to the brothers!! Were the plants donated to the local hippies before the ritual burning or did the holy weed go up in smoke too?
