Temp all the way up, error codes p0125 and p0128 - Resolved

On my way in to work this morning, a minute into my drive my traction control light, and check engine came on, noticed the temp was all the way up and pulled over.

Is this just an obvious thermostat that's stuck? Bad idea to drive until it's fixed?

A few months back I had an issue with the heat not blowing but it went away after one night. Same issue happened again yesterday, didn't think anything of it

Also when I checked the codes, the engine fan is blowing louder than I've ever heard. Not sure if it's relevant but figured I'd add

Update: Car was super low on coolant. After refill it wouldn't turn over at all, tried it three times. Cleared the engine codes, radiator fan shut off immediately, and gave it another shot and everythings been working fine now. Followed how to's to get rid of the air bubbles and whatnot. Thankful this happened when it did, and it doesn't look like any engine damage happened.

If the heat is not blowing then the water pump is done!! So probably leading to overheating issues. Yeah stop driving and get it checked before you blow the heads.

How sure are you here? I was driving for at least an hour, to the point that I just turned off the AC since it would only blow cold. The engine temp was fine all through that and yesterday, and the lights/temp only went high today after literally just a minute of driving

Update, went and added some coolant, but now the car won't turn over. Haven't done anything else since I turned the car off this morning

Glad to hear your issue is solved but no.... If coolant mixes with your oil it will look like a milkshake. This could happen from overheating the motor. Normally at that point you need a new head gasket and the heads resurfaced

So what fixed your problem ?

Where did the coolant go should be your question. You need to answer this, before you need a motor.
