That really sucks. Makes me worry about my car. Do we know any other details about the theft? Also License plate # and VIN # would help.

I'll be driving all around the Bay Area this weekend, so I will keep my eyes opened.

I've seen that second photo of the FRS on the forums here, I think he's from the east coast, not CA

The VIN and plate are secondary... more important are the rare parts listed.

Find the parts, we find the thieves. No one is going to drive this car around as it is way too loud to be street legal.

I'll keep an eye out. I am rather jealous of that parts list

But it is plausible that the car was returned to stock or close to stock? Finding a stolen race car would be easy, if it still looked like a race car, and you can easily find OEM parts for dirt cheap.

hmm, he's selling from LA with a Seattle area code and an east coast picture? That's not a very common wing (too pricey for most) just seems fishy, "never installed" w/ no box.

The car interior is almost stripped out. Maybe if you guys can keep an eye out for people who are purchasing a number of stock parts, that would be great.

I said this on Facebook, there aren't many FRS/BRZ parts listed on craigslist in general. I'd be looking towards Ebay more than anything where there are many listings.

So the trailer was stolen with the car in it?
Or was the car stolen from the trailer and the car removed and trailer left there?

I will check facebook 86 parts for sale later tonight.

They were trying to break in the trailer and the car was in there. I think they did not expect the car to be inside.

Most of the part are rare and custom. Most of interiors are gone so nothing in there that they can sell.

Looking out mostly for engine part, wheels, brakes, wing, exhaust (very loud one)

truly appreciate that you all lookin out for those parts!!!

thank you so much!
