Track spec Motorsports Hood Louver install

Hello gents. I recently Installed the Track spec Motorsport Hood louver / hood vents.
If you are Afraid of cutting into you hood hope this helps.
The kit does come with a templet, & hardware.
Things you will need:
Saw or cutting wheel.
drill & bits
lots of tape
Tape measure
hand Revit gun
12 mm

Install Video --->

This kit will help extract heat, a lil bit of front end downforce, & get rid of Hood lift.
Thanks.

Props to anyone who can do clean-looking body work/modifications involving cutting/drilling/painting. I just know I would screw something up...

Resurrecting an old thread, i know.....
Q: I want to install hood that comes cut but I"m worried about air circulation being changed from what engineers designed. I've heard the contrary. I've heard it helps keep the engine air circulating better and if you do it right you can add airflow to the coils. So, am I just worried about nothing? PLease advise.

The vents will not only help hot air escape it will create some downforce and prevent lift at high speeds to some degree.

Yeah you are worried about nothing. Vents well deff add alot more airflow in return keeping your coils & other electronics alot cooler.
Over time heat is just going to build up in your engine bay because it cant escape as efficiently.
Im sure it isnt any better or worse then any other car.
