Just got of the phone with Rich from Irvine Subaru!!

Rich says if anybody wants to get on this BRZ deal (also his working on getting us some awesome deals when the car comes out) to give him a call personaly

Strange turn of events I guess lol. Continue to place me on potential buyer list. I'm still fully waiting for price first, then I can deal with availability (and location, etc.).

Sorry to hear that everything went so sour, but I'm glad to see and hope that Irvine's dealership will pull through for everybody.

I'm glad that another group buy is coming into effect! So does the $100 deposit just put is on a list? Is the deal going to be similar to the PH one initially offered us?

Its 100$ for a deposit yes. But last I heard there were 8 people who already deposited.

And I can't say if the deal is going to be similar to PH. Not one bit.

I want to punch PHS in the nads. Lol However, I can do that by giving Irvine Subaru our business.

I tried giving Richard a few calls but doesn't pick up. Probably being bombarded with calls! As far as pricing goes, do you have any ideas where it'll range with this group buy?

I mentioned to him that I spoke with his GM about a group buy and they'd match the $300 above invoice with PH.

However, this deal will go according to how many cars they will receive. If they get 20ish car 300 is possible. Any lower and they might charge MSRP, but what 86 says he might thrown in some accessories deal. I'll record everything when I have a talk with him.

I just spoke to him on the phone, very nice guy. He says as far as pricing he can't really say anything in stone as he hasn't been able to talk to the owner about but he says hes hoping 300-500 below sticker. 300 above invoice would be highly ideal though. Can't wait to see what happens over the next month or so!
