Boosting my 2013 BRZ

Hello team! Hope everyone is doing great! I just want to ask some advice/tips what should I consider before putting a turbo kit on my 2013 BRZ. I bought the car used 2yrs ago with 44,000 km and now the car has 58,000 KM on it. I already replaced the spark plugs and clutch has a full exhaust / intake, nothing special. The car has already been tuned via Ecutek.

I'm considering to get the GReddy v1 turbo kit or HKS gtr3s. What are your recommendations on these kits? I live in the Philippines so it's pretty hot especially during the summer. My goal is to add a decent amount of power aiming at least 300wheel hp, I don't track the car just the usual driving on weekend with friends.

Thanks to all

Get a good oil cooler, will likely need hood venting, and other heat mitigation (reflective tape etc)

It probably goes without saying, but to add to the above I would offer a reliable and experienced tuner and tune for reliability. 300whp on stock internals (depending on the dyno it came from…) may be pushing it a bit reliability wise. Higher grade and quality oil (eg 5w40) and best fuel available to you.You will likely need to upgrade the clutch eventually but you can wait until it’s due.

Good luck
