Wheel rate is motion ratio^2 x spring rate. So 6k is closer to 3.4k at the rear wheel.

5 month follow up: TRD sways, Whiteline LCAs, thats it
Install: They came sent to me at about stock height, i went to 2 fingers on all and they didnt settle too much from there.

-Street: Full soft is comfy, like a Cadillac, however too soft for me on 320 TW Hankooks, i use 8/11 as CSG recommended. Roads here are good tho.
-Track & Autox - Have not felt any ill effects of running trd sways, prob cause they are both only a tad stiffer. I run 5/7 with RE-71 and have PAX'd top 10 with only OFT stage 1 in STX. I'm amazed.

THESE COILS ARE NO JOKE!!! Save a couple thousand over others and put that money to good use elsewhere like I did!

Well, now that my track season is over for the year, I'm anxious to do my own realignment for street use. Using a Longacre caster/camber gauge and a homemade c-channel bracket. Also made toe string apparatuses. pics of those next.

Mine arrived yesterday, I was planning on installing them over the weekend but I'm not sure I can wait. Might have some pics up tonight.

I was on a work trip to Portland and they came in a day before I got back (yesterday). I was excited to get home and install them.

They went in as expected. Took about 2.5 hours on floor jacks and taking breaks often.

I've only had a chance to drive it on one setting. 5 front and 8 rear from full stiff. In a straight line, 5 up front seems to control the spring really well. 8 in the rear doesn't. It feels a little bouncy. In corners, for some reason when the rear is loaded up everything feels better/smoother.

I left the ride height as it was shipped to me for the initial installation. And I've only driven about 10 miles, but it looks like it's sitting higher than the RCE yellows and Sachs combo I just replaced. I'll want to lower it at minimum 1/2 inch from where it is now, unless it settles/drops significantly over the next tank of gas.

I'm excited to drive this thing around tomorrow and try different shock settings.
Wheels/tires/alignment coming in the next week

I regret not weighing mine either, pretty sure they’re heavier.

I have an alignment scheduled for tomorrow morning, are there suggested starting specs from CSG somewhere? I searched and found references to such specs but was unable to find the posts themselves.

Totally depends on your usage. What do you use your car for? Street/DD only? Heavy track use?

Today I tried out 12F/15R. Really comfortable for cruising around.

I also tried 5F/6R. Amazing body control

What's weird, and totally subjective, is that I like the ride quality better on super soft or stiff. I don't like how the car rides in the middle of the shock range. This is completely independent of performance as I don't have much testing to base that off of.

So far I'm really liking these shocks and I wish I would have done this mod sooner

Mostly track use, I’ve put 3000 miles on the car in a year.
