Yeah, I worry a lot in general. Bad habit.

Well stop it! Almost everything I ever worried about in my life never actually ended up happening so I just quit worrying. It is liberating

Through extensive research and study in my formative years I learned that this is the best way to do it. My mentor even ran for President in 1968.

It's starting to look like I might get this thing done...

Plumbing, wiring, counter tops, cubbies cut in the face, a small set of shelves thats similar to the other side, the passenger swivel (when it finally arrives, hopefully soon, I ordered it a month ago!) And the bed platform slash dinette/ couch thing... still haven't figured out exactly the design I am going to use...

Ugh, so I started a new role at work two months ago and the actual transfer has been a freaking mess. It was internal, so I figured it would be simple, but it took almost a month to get a new badge, as well as other issues. I was promised a raise (which I was told never happens on internal transfers) and they still haven't approved it yet. Now i'm being told they want the start date to be 7/1 instead of when I actually started, 5/28.

Maybe they wanted to change your start date (thus your salary increase) because of budgetary reasons. -

hmmmm….. reminds me of back in the day (1966) when the DA (Department of the Army) changed the graduation date (date of commissioning) for the West Point graduates, so that their DOR (Date of Rank) would be ahead of the ROTC graduates for that year.

Whatever -

At my school, NMMI, "rat" meant recruit at training. Though it was often said with disdain; you could hear the disgust in my 1sg's voice. "Rats! Assume the position! Push ups! 1, 2, 3, 4, One!"

How does 4 push ups = one???
