Completed the MicroCenter Atari Arcade Machine my sons gave me for Christmas, then schooled them on how to play Asteroids and Centipede.

The cabinet is solid and nice but the implementation of the Raspberry Pi and emulator leaves a lot to be desired. This was far from a consumer product. Definitely not a straight forward kit. I still don't have all the buttons mapped right, but it is playable.

There is plenty of room in the cabinet so I'm likely going to convert it to a MAME emulator machine on PC.

EVGA has GPUs in stock for MSRP. That is, if you want a 3080 12GB that will set you back around $1300. But they are MSRP nonetheless, and in stock.

I seem to be getting semi regular updates via email so I'm not quite ready to consign this game to the vapourware bin.

I don't get the turbos. They're not doing anything and it's obviously a naturally aspirated motherboard.
Should be able to lose those castings to save weight.

Them doing an exclusivity deal with Epic/Tencent has made this a game I will not ever buy.
I was looking forward to it too.
