Nasty shimmy; what do?

So I got my fucked up wheel fixed (it got a dent from hitting debris in the road from an accident in front of me I was very lucky to not be a part of) and hoped this would have gone away but it hasn't. At about 90-95 I get a wicked shimmy starting up. The wheel has some weights in it and wasn't rebalanced after the repair, would that be enough to do it or should I look for suspension damage? If I had a decent jack and some stands I'd go take some pics but I don't at the moment. It's on the to-do list, as I got a easy to work on car on purpose so I could learn, but unexpected expenses happen so it got pushed back.

I would first rotate the tires front to back to make sure the problem follows the wheel(in case it's something to do with the axle or wheel bearing).

As long as it's just the wheel, then get it rebalanced, though I would assume rebalancing would be typical of a wheel repair...

Did you remove the plastic protective coverings before the using the 'fucked up' and now repaired wheel?

I would start with a rebalance and check the alignment if the issue persists.

It's worth checking the alignment if you haven't in a while.

the car comes with a scissor jack. raise the offending wheel/rim and rotate it to check the runout.

if it wobbles, replace the rim.

You may have a damaged tire.
