I put the STI tranny mount and there is nearly zero (if not zero) nvh increase. I have also lost a bit of hearing due to health issues the last few years so I'm not sure if someone with better ear could tell me otherwise but there are no transmission or diff whines after putting all whiteline diff/rear subframe bushing inserts and sti engine/tranny mounts. it is absolutely perfect. will ask my sibling with good hearing to get an objective perspective but I don't think I'm too far off.
