So, I have to admit, until I started looking up and reading codes I never realized that the very health and stability of your car depended on the tightness of your fuel cap.

Is there any code that doesn't lead off with this?

It’s like WebMD...you Google “headache” and next thing you know you’ve convinced yourself you have stage 4 lymphoma

Several problems may cause a P000B code including:

Possibly loose fuel cap
Low oil pressure causing erratic camshaft position
Restriction to oil flow in oil passages
Restriction to oil flow in variable camshaft timing (VCT) valve body
Damaged or defective VCT phaser
Damaged or defective camshaft position sensor
Damaged or defective camshaft position actuator solenoid
Binding of the camshaft advance mechanism
Damaged or defective ECM (rare)

What are the symptoms of the P000B code?

Symptoms of a P000B code may include:

Check engine or warning light may illuminate
Vehicle rpm may fluctuate during idle
May hesitate when going uphill
There may be no symptoms aside from a stored trouble code
I don't believe you used "simp" correctly, no

"Simp is an Internet slang term describing a person (often male) who performs excessive sympathy and attention toward another person, sometimes in pursuit of a sexual relationship. Urban Dictionary defines a simp as "someone who does way too much for a person they like"."

You want...

"Simpleton - a person without the usual ability to use reason and understand"

Simp is not an abbreviation of simpleton but more of sympathetic.

10k miles, 2 years, a couple autocross events, no issues, no worries, going to be doing second oil change since the recall happened soon.

I have less than 1000mi and two CELs since caving and getting the recall work done at the local Toyota dealership. She currently runs with the verve of an old lady that eats every meal at 7-11 and smokes Lucky's.

I just had my recall done about a month ago. I have only put less than 1k on the car but I do feel a difference since it was done. when I hit the gas driving normally, it feels like it is lagging. If I gun it, the engine revs and it feels normal. It is not the torque dip issue. It feels different. I am going to contact the dealership today about it but if anyone has an idea of what it could be, let me know because I am sure the dealership won't tell me the truth. I was planning on modding the car but need to work this out before I make any changes. Thanks
