I can't comment yet, I'm still at 900 miles.

What Brand of fuel/Octane Rating have you been using?
I usually get 93 but sometimes 92 if I'm just stopping by somewhere else. Usually Shells and Chevron

I've had crickets since 1000 miles, I'm at 4200 now. Seriously considering taking it back every time it happens just to rack up Subaru's tab.

Air suspension and wheels ordered yesterday. I know some people hate the slammed look lol. But I like it. I never go to the track and never will. I just love the car and the way it looks.

A new member

Thanks Veloist for this thread and to many of you for the help with various questions and purchase price info as I bought a HyperBlue on Feb 3rd! I live about an hour from San Luis Obispo on the CA Central Coast; it's smack-dab between SF and LA, so I had the fortune of being able to shop dealers in Northern and Southern CA and I paid $26,200.

1) Daniel
2) CA Central Coast
3) 446
4) "Sunday Driver"

And a couple photos from the drive home.....

@SK86 I just started the LED project over the weekend. The blues are pretty dim during the day, kind of disappointing, but otherwise not bad. Wish someone made a lighter blue.

Which ones did you use?

These are the ones I went with, the seem pretty bright.

Also yesterday I installed the Kartboy Short Shifter, MTEC springs, Perrin Shifter Bushing and the Smoked Valenti 4th Brake light. It was a good day.

Same ones. I think I might order some different ones though. I do like Osram LEDs so I might check theirs out. I thought about doing a short shifter but the thing already has a short shifter... I dunno how much shorter I'd really want it.

Let me know if you change to something different. I was on the same fence about the shifter, but it is a really nice change. Everything feels more precise.
