Bypass the module as Dustin stated above.

Will I need to upgrade the fuel pressure regulator after doing that? Or is there no need? If yes, which one should I get?
As is, my car has 58-59psi fuel pressure at idle.

I am glad to say that the fuel cut has finally disappeared .

Fuel pressure at idle is 63 psi, and at WOT, fuel pressure drops to a max of 55 psi which I believe is normal.
