Very common. Mine was similar. I'd show up to class totally unprepared with no idea there was a test. Mine finally went away. Now I just have nightmares due to heart meds.

Yes, this happens after intensive training. Especially when you learn consciously, for yourself and for the result. When your parents insisted on studying and you study so-so, you don't have such dreams. This also happens when there is tension at work and you are thinking about how best to do it. what work to do first.
