Yeah, ours was about that size. I remember unplugging it and busting off big chunks of ice because we didn't defrost it enough.

Yes, it came from an old soda shop. The lids opened up (originally to access the tubs of different kinds of ice cream) from the top.

The price was right (free) and it was handy to access the frozen meat.

Nope, it didn't come with any ice cream -
