The number they sell to people who have an interior and care is probably near zero

Can probably keep all your interior pieces even the boot if you want, just fab it neatly.

some people dont got the bread to have a daily and a track car. I personally use my brz as both a daily and track car.

The cae shifter would be cool for the track but gotta keep the interior clean for when I pick up the cuties on the weekends

The CAE will make for a good conversation piece. She'll wonder if all of the shafts in your arsenal are so...you know

Not a lot of people have this yet, I don't think. But I wouldn't expect it to take too much work. I suspect the shifter might be in a different position compared to stock though, so it might be slightly off center if you retain the factory trim. I'm not 100% sure about that. @Vracer111 would know.

You only need to make that slit in the center console to allow for clearance of the reversing mechanism. The ring for the shift boot may need some work for clearance get that area as well as it looks like a really tight fit, but I don't know for sure. I had originally planned on keeping the JPM Alcantara shift boot... but covering up the shifter would be a crime and immediately decided to not even bother with the shift boot. If it weren't my daily driver I'd go with no center console and no boot - incredibly sexy...
