or in the case of my neighbors son's inspection experience, so they can tell you everything is wrong with the house, but don't worry, they "know a guy that can repair it for cheap after you buy"(yes, this seriously happened)...

Better after than before when you have no say... We got a substantial concession, spent most of it on rot being worse than it seemed... Shitty builders never stop being expensive!

All lies. There will be pure joy and rest for all after the baby is born.

This is true, and the calipers were something I really liked about the STI when I bought it. The contrast between FanBoyBlue and Highlighter Yellow was odd at first, but it grew on me quickly.

At this point I only bother to clean them when I swap between summer and winter tires, and honestly spend more time cleaning than I do for the rest of the swap. Never fully realized just how huge those front calipers were until I had to clean them.

Already has low CG and ground clearance.
Ground effect will be substantially easier to create with this model.

there's a lot of front lift that needs to be dealt with. would keep the rear planted better at the expense of steering input.

Need to shift the center of pressure back to more closely match the center of mass. Looks a bit unstable.
