I can make a k24 run off a brz computer But I'm really struggling with this bmw water pump and Arduino. I ordered a china copy of the cwa200 seems the electronics is off. orded a vodo china copy then ordered a OEM, I think it doesn't use PWM control. Now I am waiting on another cwa200 copy. All the guys online show the cwa400 running off pwm.

i'm amazed at your work

i have a question: how is it possible to define the cc size of direct injectors in the fa20? they work with variable pressure, from like 0.4 to 20-22MPa
at what pressure are they defined 450cc ?

From what I read, the crossover point is like 3500-4000. Any sooner and there isn’t any gains or there are losses. Economy obviously hurts if you lower it too, and you won’t feel the delayed boost of VVVVTEEECCCHHHH!

Which is logical thinking on Honda’s part. If someone gets into VTEC then they probably are aggressively driving so they lower the threshold until the driver is clearly not aggressively driving. If you drop the threshold for getting out of vtec too low then the system could be jumping lobes too much when city driving. I guess it depends on what you plan to do with the car and how you drive. Maybe an aggressive map and an economy map would be a good idea.

explains this very well, the boost limits are always on
It worth a read

Anyway it s very noticeable the boost limit, in contrary to fuel cut caused by wheel slip that closes throttle , boost limit closes Accelerator pedal only and the % of cutting is settable.. like the hysteresis of the overboost before limit activation
It s a nice touch also for supercharged cars if you reach too high boost because of cold weather and you want to avoid, you can set the boost limit very soft, closing accel pedal just a little bit and the cut becomes very smooth

Vtec off 7000rpm 293gs at 15lbs
Vtec on 7000rpm 432gs at 14.5lbs
The new K20 turbo doesn’t have traditional VTEC on the intake. I guess the idea is that the turbo does enough work. The heads have less flow too. VTEC on the exhaust helps with spool I guess.

I've never understood this. If there's that much of a power increase that only means you should have been on that cam sooner. If you're after the max area under the curve the transition should be smooth as the power of one cam drops off and the other comes on.

you have to push trc off for 4 seconds to completely disable and allow spinning
vsc is not enough
if you see accel100 and throrrle closing normally is because of wheel spin

if you press trc only quickly it wont disable it totally and it will deacticate after 50km/h
