The driver looks like he needs to relax a bit.

I think it's more like Ken is a psychopath and fears nothing. Travis is a trooper for only grimacing slightly while hitting a ramp at 150

He's quite photogenic. I wouldn't be surprised if he's hamming it up a bit. Sucked me right in. I want to see more.

Ken gave gymkhana to Travis, so it's going to be Travis from now on??? Haven't watched the video yet tho, so hopefully it's entertaining.

What is going on with the throttle feathering?

Interesting video, but the feathering of the throttle has got me wondering...

What purpose does this serve in drifting? The rhythm of the exhaust while performing the tight drifts makes it appear to be automated...

Can anyone explain what is going on? I know nothing about drifting!

Engine's bouncing off of the rev limiter. You can do the same just by holding down the throttle in neutral. Should try it once to get comfortable knowing the engine won't self-destruct. Wait until you're fully up to temp.

Makes perfect sense... and of course it is totally automated. Not something that I have ever done - but I can understand keeping the accelerator smashed to the floor in those tricks!

Thank you!

Living down the street from here (and passing Pastrana's house when going to get all you can eat crabs ), it's incredible the kind of driving that he did on some of those tiny Annapolis streets. I just watched this last night and was blown away. And yes, you can see the ramps from the street at his house lol
